Terms of sale and use

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Noverquis Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17521667), registered office 37 Longfellow Way, London SE1 5TB, United Kingdom. Email: contact@noverquis.com. Noverquis Ltd is not registered for VAT.

2. The guide

The site is an independent information guide. It does not provide plumbing services, does not dispatch tradespeople, does not collect or forward quote requests and does not certify any business. Cost figures and descriptions are general information, not quotes or advice. Check a business’s licence on the relevant Victorian register before engaging them.

3. The rental offer

1. What is sold. The right for one emergency plumbing or drainage business to be the single paid placement on this site for the rental period: its business name, phone number and licence or registration number shown on the site, with the label “Paid placement”. The site is rented, not sold: Noverquis Ltd keeps the domain, content and design.
2. Prices. A$376 per month (promotional monthly price) or A$4,512 once for 12 months, in Australian dollars. No VAT or GST is added by us. If your own tax rules require you to account for tax on the purchase, that is your responsibility.
3. Billing, monthly. The first 7 days are free. After the trial, Stripe charges A$376 each month to the card you provided, on the same day each month, until you cancel. From 1 March 2027 the monthly price moves to the standard price, currently A$1,485 per month; we email you at least 14 days before the first charge at the new price, and you may cancel before it applies.
4. Billing, annual. One payment of A$4,512 covers 12 months from the day we publish your placement. It does not renew automatically and the promotional rate is kept for those 12 months.
5. Cancellation. You can cancel a monthly rental at any time by emailing contact@noverquis.com from the address you paid with. We stop future charges straight away, and the rental runs to the end of the month already paid. If you cancel during the 7-day trial, you are not charged.
6. Refunds. A monthly payment already taken is not refunded for the month in progress, except where required by law. If we end a rental early for any reason other than your breach of these terms, or if we cannot publish your placement, we refund the unused part of what you paid, pro rata. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
7. Labelling. Every rented placement is labelled as paid placement. We may decline, suspend or end a rental that would mislead visitors, or if your licence or registration lapses or cannot be verified.
8. What we do not promise. We do not guarantee search rankings, visits, calls, enquiries or revenue.
9. Your responsibilities. You must hold every licence and registration your work legally requires, give us accurate details, and not use the placement to make claims you cannot support.
10. Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.

5. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live.
