Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data we handle when you visit this site, buy the website rental or email us. Last updated 31 October 2026.

Who is responsible

Noverquis Ltd (company number 17521667), 37 Longfellow Way, London SE1 5TB, United Kingdom, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: contact@noverquis.com.

What we collect and why

Visiting the site. The site has no accounts, no quote form and no advertising. A small script and an image request send the page address, the type of event (page view or click on a rental button) and the time to our measurement service on Cloudflare. We set no cookies and do not build profiles of individuals. We use the totals to see how the site is used and to report on a rented placement. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes visitors’ IP addresses to deliver and secure the site.
Buying the rental. If you buy through Stripe, Stripe collects your name, email address, billing details and payment details and passes us the details needed to run the rental, such as name, email, amount and subscription status. We do not see or store your full card number. Legal basis: performing the contract, and our legal duty to keep accounting records.
Emailing us. If you email us, we keep your message and our reply to answer you and to run the rental, including the business name, phone number and licence number you send us for your placement. Legal basis: performing the contract, or our legitimate interest in answering you.

Who else sees it

Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting and measurement) process data for us under their own terms and safeguards. Our email is hosted by an email provider. We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed outside the UK and Australia under standard safeguards.

How long we keep it

Payment and invoice records for the period the law requires, normally up to 6 years. Emails for as long as needed to answer you and run the rental, then deleted. Page-view and click counts are kept as totals without identifying you.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it where the law allows, or to restrict or object to its use. Email contact@noverquis.com. If you are in the UK you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); if you are in Australia, to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
